- Activate your hosting account at signup.php This is required for both domain registrations and transfers
- Wait for an email from NewbieSite with your hosting account information. It may take up to 24 hours from activating your hosting account ( step 2). You will not be able to use your username and password to login to the control panel before receiving this email.
- You can upload your website to the server using either File manager in the control panel or FTP. For uploading the file using ftp your url is ftp.yourdomain.com. Use your user name and password. The files for public viewing should be placed in /public_html folder and there should be a html file called index.htm, index.html, index.php etc.. If you do not have an ftp client we recommend Smart FTP
- To set up email account in Microsoft outlook use mail.yourdomain.com as the incoming and outgoing mail server. Your username would be username@yourdomain.com and the password you set up in the control panel.

- If you cannot find the answer to your questions, please open a ticket at the Ticket Manager. You have to register in the Ticket manager when you use it for the first time.
